This Privacy Policy explains how Gruxey ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our websites, checkout pages, surveys/forms, digital products, and services (including loyalty tests, premium tests, rizz assists, relationship analyses, custom videos, shoutouts, and add-ons).
By using any Gruxey service, you agree to the practices described below.

Contact details (name, email, phone number), order details, social handles/usernames, form/survey responses, files you upload.
1.2 Information about a third party ("the target")
For loyalty tests and related services, you may provide information about the person being tested such as their username/handle, display name, or account link. You confirm you have the right to share any information you submit to us.
1.3 Payment & transaction information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full card number or full payment details on our servers.
1.4 Technical / usage information
IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, clicks, cookies or similar tracking technologies.
2) How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
- Fulfil your order and deliver your service/product

Some services occur live on a public TikTok stream. The stream itself is public, and viewers may see what happens on stream. We do not intentionally reveal your private identity on stream unless you choose to disclose it.
