By accessing or using any service offered by Gruxey ("we", "us", "the Creator", "the Business"), you ("you", "the Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern all services, including but not limited to: loyalty tests (on-stream and off-stream), premium tests, rizz assistance, full relationship analyses, video requests, shoutouts, digital products, and all add-ons, upgrades, or bundles.

1. Voluntary Participation & Emotional Impact

You voluntarily request these services and understand outcomes may be unexpected, uncomfortable, or emotionally challenging. Results do not constitute legal, therapeutic, medical, or professional relationship advice. Gruxey is not responsible for emotional distress or relationship outcomes.

2. Public Stream Disclosure (On-Stream Services Only)

On-Stream Loyalty Tests and On-Stream Shoutouts occur live on a public TikTok broadcast. You acknowledge and accept that these interactions may be visible to viewers, including people you know.

3. No Guarantee of Response or Interaction

Gruxey cannot control whether the target individual responds, opens a message, adds the account back, or engages in any way. A lack of response or add-back constitutes a completed test. The target has up to 7 days from our first contact attempt to add us back and/or respond ("Response Window"). If there is no add-back/response within this timeframe, the test is considered complete.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

You understand results depend entirely on the behaviour of the third party. We do not guarantee a specific reply, specific behaviour, loyalty/disloyalty outcomes, or success in rizz assistance.

5. Non-Impersonation

Gruxey messages from creator/business accounts only. We do not impersonate clients or pretend to be another person.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your identity and information will remain confidential unless you choose to disclose it. We do not reveal your name or relationship to the target. Some platforms may show previews, usernames, profile images, or metadata outside our control.

7. Behaviour & Safety Policy

Gruxey will not participate in harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual content, violent content, unsafe or abusive behaviour. Any such request will be refused with no refund.

Stop-Contact Rule: If a target requests no further contact, or if continuing would be unsafe/unreasonable, we may stop immediately. In such cases, the service is considered completed based on attempts already made.

8. Illegal or Harmful Requests

You agree not to request illegal, harmful, hateful, or dangerous actions or messages. Violations will result in refusal of service without refund.

9. Accuracy of Information Provided

You are responsible for providing accurate usernames, platforms, and contact details. No refunds will be issued for incorrect information submitted.

10. Communication & Notifications

You consent to receiving transactional communications regarding your order including survey links, updates, delivery notifications, and livestream schedules.

11. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. VIP upgrades prioritize your order but do not guarantee exact timing. On-Stream tests are delivered during the next available livestream. Custom videos are delivered privately via link/file.

12. Definition of Service Completion

A service is considered complete when:

  • Loyalty Tests — an attempt is made to contact the target and the 7-day Response Window has elapsed, or a verdict/report is delivered
  • Digital Products — the file/link is delivered
  • Rizz Assist — the message pack/strategy is delivered
  • Custom Videos — the video is recorded and delivered

13. Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the personalised nature of services. Refunds are not issued for no response/no add-back, incorrect information provided, dissatisfaction with results, emotional impact, change of mind, or platform issues. Refunds only apply if no attempt was made by us to perform the service and no deliverable was provided.

14. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use any service.

15. Digital Products

Licenced for personal use only. Redistribution, reselling, leaking, or sharing files publicly is prohibited.

16. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Gruxey is not liable for emotional distress, relationship consequences, reputational damage, financial loss, account suspension, platform issues, third-party reposts/recordings, or outcomes based on third-party behaviour.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the agreement box and submitting your form, you confirm:

  • You have read the full Terms & Conditions
  • You understand all sections
  • You accept all risks
  • You agree to the conditions stated here

18. Rizz Assist / Messaging Assistance

Provides guidance, rewrites, message templates, and strategy. You are responsible for how you use the advice. We do not guarantee replies, dates, relationship outcomes, or any specific result.

19. Shoutouts + Pinned Comments

Includes a live shoutout/name mention and the option for your comment to be pinned briefly during the stream. To pin a comment, you must post it in the live chat when the stream is active. If you do not comment during the live stream, the shoutout can still be completed by the live mention.

20. Platform Limitations

Social platforms may restrict messaging, visibility, add-backs, comments, pins, or livestream delivery for reasons outside our control.

22. Custom Video (Cameo-Style) Requests

A "Custom Video" is a personalised video recorded by Gruxey based on your request. You are responsible for providing the correct names, details, and wording. Videos are delivered privately. Unless explicitly stated, Custom Videos include one recorded delivery. We will not record content that includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, violence, doxxing, or illegal activity.
